Healthy You: A monthly program produced by Sandra Curtin featuring local medical experts from a variety of fields.  Each episode touches on a different aspect of our health from how to stay healthy during flu season, to even proper dieting and exercise!

 

In The Loop: A show created by the superintendent of the Wilmington Public School system where each principal and other faculty members are chosen each month to inform the community about activities, technology, upcoming events and other interesting topics within their own school!  Produced by Brandon Shorey. Red Sox Weekly
If it’s baseball season in this area, it can only mean one thing: Red Sox Nation is in full swing, and WCTV will keep you up with what is going on! During the Red Sox season, Rick Aronofsky and his guests talk all things baseball, from the games to the players to the moves in the Sox front office. Red Sox Weekly airs Tuesday nights at 8 p.m. during the baseball season on WCTV-P (Comcast Channel 9 and Verizon Channel 37).

 

St. Thomas of Villanova Church
One of WCTV’s closest neighbors is St. Thomas of Villanova Church on Middlesex Avenue. Their weekly mass can be seen every week on WCTV. Tune in Saturdays at 10 a.m., Sundays at 10 a.m. and 8 p.m., Mondays and Tuesdays at noon, and Thursdays at 3 p.m. for the latest mass from St. Thomas of Villanova Church, on WCTV-P (Comcast Channel 9 and Verizon Channel 37).

 

Saturday Playhouse 10: Calling all Kids! Join Saturday Playhouse 10, the award-winning children's program, by kids for kids.  See what it's like to put on a real studio television program. Sports Forum
Sports Forum is one of the longest running programs on WCTV. Paul Cardello and his panel of guests discuss what going on in the world of sports, from the local high school teams right up to the major sports franchises in the Boston region. Sports Forum airs on Thursday nights at 8 p.m. on WCTV-P (Comcast Channel 9 and Verizon Channel 37).

 

Stateside Footy
Stateside Footy” is a series featuring Australian Rules Football played here in the U.S.A. The program will feature full-length coverage of Australian Football being played by American teams, and information about the game itself and           its presence on these shores. Among the teams featured on "Stateside Footy" will be our own local side, the Boston
Demons. “Stateside Footy” is hosted by Bill Robert, who has been the voice of the Wilmington High Varsity Hockey games seen on WCTV in recent years. The Congregational Church
The Congregational Church in Wilmington is the town’s oldest church, and they’re here on WCTV!
Tune in for the weekly service with Reverend Russell Kent. It airs Saturdays at 3 p.m., Sundays at 3 p.m. and 10 p.m., Mondays at 8 a.m., Thursdays at 10 p.m., and Fridays at 8 a.m. on WCTV-P (Comcast Channel 9 and Verizon Channel 37)!

 

The Glitzy Gourmet
Our newest show really cooks! “The Glitzy Gourmet” features  local foodie Denise Gentile, who will take you on a tour of her book  of recipes every week right here on WCTV! Tune in Mondays at 5:00 p.m., Tuesdays at 7:00 p.m., Fridays at 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays at 7:00 p.m. on WCTV-P (Comcast Channel 9 and Verizon Channel 37).

 

Where's Wilmington
Lisa Kapala brings her radio interviewing skills over the media divide, serving as the on-camera host of WCTV’s “Where’s Wilmington?” Lisa’s guests include local officials, entrepreneurs, and people of interest in the town and surrounding area. “Where’s Wilmington?” can be seen Mondays at 6 p.m., Tuesdays at 5 p.m., Thursdays at 7 p.m., and Fridays at 10 a.m. on WCTV-P (Comcast Channel 9 and Verizon Channel 37).

 

Wilmington United Methodist Church
Enjoy fellowship with the parishioners of the Wilmington United Methodist Church on WCTV-P, our Public Access Channel. Tune in for the weekly worship service, headed by the church’s pastor, Reverend Travis Bonnette-Kim. The service is cablecast each week. It airs Saturdays at 1 p.m., Sundays at 1 p.m. and 6 p.m., Tuesdays at 1 p.m. and Thursdays at 5 p.m. on WCTV-P (Comcast Channel 9 and Verizon Channel 37).

 

Wilmington Wildcasts Baseball, Wilmington Wildcats Football, Wilmington Wildcats Hockey
WCTV provides coverage of Wilmington High School athletic events. From the gridiron to the hardwood, WCTV covers the Wilmington Wildcats. (And the Lady Wildcats, too!) In early 2007, Wilmington High School’s athletic teams were experiencing a great deal of success. Both the Boys and Girls Basketball teams advanced in their respective state tournaments. In addition, the Girls Hockey team came within one goal of reaching the State Title Game. WCTV volunteers put in many hours to make sure that WCTV viewers could keep up with the teams’ post-season activities. Every school year, you can watch Wilmington High School Games on WCTV’s Education Channel, WCTV-E.
