Crew Call

The Town of Wilmington is having a special town meeting regarding the “debt exclusion” for the new high school.

The date of the meeting will be Saturday, Dec. 10th.

WCTV will be covering this special meeting as part of our agreement with the town.

This is where you come in!

On Saturday, Dec. 10th we will need assistance with the actual broadcast of the meeting. Positions available include: camera, audio, graphics and breakdown of the set up as well as returning it to WCTV to unload the equipment after the meeting is over. The crew call time for December 10th is 9 a.m. at the High School (in the gym). We will be broadcasting until the meeting is over and as such can not give you an actual volunteer end time as we broadcast these meetings until they are completed.

We will be compiling a master list for December 10th with blocks of time scheduled for all volunteers with break times built in so that no one feels overwhelmed during the time they volunteer.
