Red Sox Weekly host
Rick Aronofsky does his
opening “stand-up” from just
behind the red carpet area.

Bring on the Sox!
First on the scene:
Sox Catcher and Captain
Jason Varitek.

The Red Sox were not the
only local team helping
out the cause. Here is
Patriots LB Eric Alexander.

Rick tries to get an interview
with NESN SportsDesk
host Hazel Mae.

But, alas, duty calls and all
we could get was Hazel’s
trademark “buh-bye”....

Hey, what are old friends for?
Here’s Rick with former Sox
Pitcher Bill (Spaceman) Lee.

More Red Sox come filtering
in...here’s Pitcher and
comeback kid (as well as
World Series Game 4 winner)
Jon Lester...

More of our old friends from
 the “Red Sox Weekly” and
”Sports Forum cast of
characters - namely WEEI’s
Mike “Planet Mikey” Adams.

And here is the Man Of The
Hour (arguably the Man Of
The 2007 Red Sox Season
as well)-Cy Young candidate
and ALCS MVP Josh Beckett!

In September of 2007, Boston Red Sox pitcher Josh Beckett held a charity
bowling tournament at a bowling center in Malden, Massachusetts.
Many local athletes and luminaries were invited, and the crew of
WCTV’s Red Sox Weekly program hit the road, and the Red Carpet!
Here’s some of what WCTV viewers saw...
