Community access television is television for the community and by the community.

If you'd like to create a show for WCTV, we provide:
-Training and technical assistance on TV production and equipment
-Access to production resources
-Time on WCTV, Inc.'s Public, Educational, or Governmental access channels

These resources are available for the production and presentation of shows
presented on WCTV channels only.

In order to borrow equipment, use editing equipment or produce a show,
you need to become a WCTV member, attend our Orientation session
and sign the Agreement with Policies and Regulations form.

Shows must be non-commercial in nature.

You must be trained for studio production prior to scheduling use of the studio for your show.

Reservations for the studio and control room should be made with the staff prior to use.

Scheduled studio time should include time needed to set up,
break down and clean up in studio.

It is generally good practice to allow at least one hour before and after the time
needed to tape the actual production for set up and clean up of the studio.

As the producer of your show, you are responsible for assembling your crew for production.

WCTV, Inc. staff should not be expected to fill in as crew for productions.

Crew position assignments are the responsibility of the producer.

All studio crew must be trained or approved by the WCTV staff.

To present your show idea, email or phone us at (978)657-4066.
