People with any kind of organizational experience can tell you
 that any group is only as good as its membership. If this is the
 case, then WCTV is an exemplary organization.
   Our members give so much to WCTV. They their time, their
 heart, their soul and their ideas. They are responsible for a lot of
 what you see day-to-day here on WCTV.
   The WCTV membership roster reads like a “Who’s Who” of
 Wilmington. You’ll find members of all ages from school kids to
 retirees with a large generational representation in between.
   Many of the town’s organizations and civic groups are also
 WCTV members. The Rotary Club, Fourth Of July Committee,
 and many other town and school groups are proud to be among
 our host of organizational members.
   WCTV is a membership-based organization; persons who live
 or work in Wilmington, as well as groups or non-profit and service
 organizations based in Wilmington, can become WCTV members!

   Members of Wilmington Community Television are entitled to
 the following privileges:
    -Training in such processes as camera operation, video
       editing, preparation of graphics, DVD Authoring, and

    -Access to professional-quality video production equipment,
       from cameras and microphones to studio consoles and
       editing systems..
    -Input on WCTV issues, including the election of members to
       the Board of Directors, during our Annual Members
       Meeting.
    -Quarterly issues of the WCTV Newsletter, telling you about
       what is going on here at your local access center.

          Current Membership Fees
  There are four types of membership here at WCTV, renewable
 on an annual basis:
     -Individual: $15.00 a year;
     -Family: $25.00 a year, for your immediate family and/or
         members of the same household (includes up to four
         people per membership);
     -Senior Citizen/Student: $10.00 a year.
         The Senior Citizen membership rate is offered to
         individuals 60 years of age or older.
         For Student memberships, the individuals must either
         be enrolled in the public school system or a full-time
         college student (a valid college ID is required).
         Members under the age of 18 must have a signed
         parental consent form on file at WCTV.
     -Organizational Members: $50.00 a year.
         Membership package covers training and equipment
         privileges for up to four members of the organization.
