Congratulations to the 2008 WCTV Scholarship winners!

WCTV is pleased to announce the recipients of the 2008 WCTV scholarships:    The scholarships are awarded to eligible students
pursuing the field of communications. WCTV scholarship funds are primarily raised through the sales of program copies during the year
such as copies of high school senior activities including the graduation, promenade, and awards night ceremony. We thank many residents
and businesses who purchased copies of our programs and provide sponsorships.
